Based on the successful work of the earlier youth group, a follow up project was facilitated again in a North London youth centre. A group of teenagers came together to examine issues affecting them. The focus of their initial discussions was on an examination of how they see themselves and how they needed to be able to be heard. They looked at their environment and wider community structures that affect them. An important element of these discussions allowed for an examination of how they can end up feeling trapped within negative cycles that can be beyond their control.
